Team building trip to Nankunshan

From January 10th to 11th, 2025, our research group organized an unforgettable team building trip to Nankunshan, aiming to alleviate research pressure and enhance team cohesion. We spent a joyful and warm weekend in a beautiful hot spring villa.

Script Killing

During this team building, we unlocked the immersive script killing, transformed into the characters in the script, and instantly traveled to another time and space. The brain-burning plot and confusing clues challenged everyone’s intellectual limits. In the process of finding the truth, we cooperated tacitly, communicated actively, and gave full play to the spirit of teamwork. Every reasoning and every discussion made us understand each other better and brought our hearts closer.

Casual Games

During this team building, we tried a variety of leisure and competitive events, including billiards, mahjong duels, and arcade games. Not only did they enjoy the fun brought by the games, but they also enhanced their understanding of each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, further strengthening the cohesion of the team.

Strawberry Picking

In this team-building activity, we went into nature and experienced the fun of picking strawberries. While enjoying the sunshine, everyone picked fresh strawberries by hand and tasted the sweetness of nature.

Sharing delicious food: roasted whole lamb and barbecue

Culinary delights were an essential part of the retreat, featuring a meticulously prepared barbecue feast and a whole roasted lamb. Team members shared responsibilities, from washing vegetables to grilling, fostering a warm and convivial atmosphere.

Warm time in hot springs

The villa’s hot springs provided a perfect setting for unwinding, with the waters easing the stresses of research life and rejuvenating the spirit.

Taking photos and sharing the good times

This team-building activity ended successfully with laughter and joy. Everyone enjoyed the food, relaxed their bodies and minds, and became closer to each other. Warm and happy times always pass quickly, but every gathering is worth cherishing. Looking forward to the next team-building, gathering again, and creating more beautiful memories!
